it's worth noting that a cursory search on "decompile ds rom" reveals multiple tutorials and toolkits - many of which predate the claudepocalypse - that could do the job in a weekend or, if you're motivated, a few hours.

I don't feel like going into the granular argument this afternoon. I've made it before. If "you have to use it right" is the only thing keeping a tool from hurting you, it's a shit tool and unsuited for production.
these tools have no uses that are not tainted by anthropic's choices to endorse racism, sexism, and other biases.
anthropic cannot be said in any meaningful sense to be an 'ethical' company - unless you are specifically endorsing the ethos of white supremacy and patriarchal horseshit.
