Beautiful day

Not even sure where to start. It's a tad surreal, something, for better or for worse, I always smile at.

Slow read, the way we should see Scotland. Every nook and cranny has a story to tell.

Eigg was for me the place epitomising Scotland

I probably won't hear Zarathustra , but we might see part of it. Can't wait to see it.

Will the exhibition acknowledge their persecution and destruction of temples by Early Christians?

@pluralistic After, we had a signing of their book and they were both so friendly.

I was chatting with Tim and asked him to sign an older book he did. Tim was so happy he told me about how he wrote it: then his daughter, came and looked at the book, turned to her father and asked him in a stern voice: "How many books you wrote?" It was so cute.

Should they do it more often? No. There was an feeling of uniqueness that can't be replicated. Every so often? Yes

Thank you both.

After a 9 hour journey of terminated and cancelled trains I made it to Oxford . @pluralistic It was brilliant because I like both Tim (left) and Cory (right). Double whammy.

But above all, they have known each other since primary school, both Canadian and their interactions showed it. The lady in front was Tim's mum, his wife and kid were there too. It felt a bit we were intruding into friends meeting up. The exchange was definitely not the sycophancy you sometimes see in those events.

@pluralistic there's an intruder

Only the beginning

“They [Lloyds] reviewed 36,000 colleague accounts (those with 4 years’+ service) and concluded that we are more financially resilient than the general public. This was used to justify a lower pay award.’”

The nerve is a refreshing new addition to the press landscape. We need it.

Collecting some legacy thin clients in town. I might have set the dial back a tad too far. It'll take me a couple of centuries to make it back.

@thisismyglasgow you should also give her book a go if you haven't. I reckon you'll love it
