New fun booking scam unlocked: hotel advertises as cost X, with several discounts applied. When finalising the booking, the price is suddenly 2X. Since this is not a fixed booking yet, there seems to be no way to contact them about this. Great experience for reluctantly loyal customers.

I wish I had time to help build a migrate-away-from-macOS linux distro.

Something you start out with running virtualised in full screen. Your contacts/calendar/music/files etc sync seamlessly with the host OS (not a cloud), all inputs are set up to match the macOS experience, etc.. Eventually, you upgrade to a solution without macOS in the middle.

I know you can get this with enough tinkering, but I think there’s value in an out-of-the-box migration experience. And it’s gonna be a lot of work.
