I need help identifying a vintage connector..
does anyone have an idea what this 12-pin plug is called, or can provide me with a link to the appropriate counterpart (or even have one at hand to sell me)?
This is on a Siemens paper tape reader, ca. 1960, originally meant to be connected to a Gretag Tape Sender.
Boosts appreciated :-)

OH: "If it wasn't for the constant shootings, you could assume America doesn't have any schools.."

"Things did not go well for me. My body fell before my brain." - that opinion surely is open for debate..

Daily Dose of #Enshittification
Man kann offenbar auf Twitch nur noch Leuten folgen, wenn man seinem Account eine Handynummer eingetragen und verifiziert hat (und damit zwangsweise "we may contact you for information or offerings regarding your account" zustimmt..) - ja gehts doch scheissen.

*sigh* Because I have nothing better to do on a Sunday than to deal with Vodafone Support...

One thing that I will never stop hating about Linux is that all major distros insist on having forward-ports of packages under their own versioning systems.
I have just wasted two hours of my lifetime trying to debug why Git suddenly started to complain about directory ownerships (that have not changed), breaking my build automation. This safety feature was introduced in git-2.35.0 and I'm running git-2.26.2... except SuSE decided to backport that feature without changing the version number..

Firefox, what's wrong with you?!

Mailbox weirdness of the day:
Why am I getting spam from several "companies" looking for distribution partners for their E-bikes and E-scooters?!
It's rather well written in German and English, but the sender and reply-to are completely random domains, most of which don't exist, and the ones that do have nothing to do with e-vehicles. None of the names and emails match up.
What is the point of these? There's no links, no valid reply-to, no tracking pixels..
This stuff doesn't make *any* sense..

I have to admit, my employer does have a certain kind of humour. They sent out an employee satisfaction survey only a week after..
- laying off a colleague to move a project to India which per contract with the customer has to be operated from Germany
- denying my request for a new laptop as my 5yo shitbox is falling apart and choking under all the corporate spyware
- announcing yet another new team leader (#5 in 4 years)

I have a certain feeling I won't be handing out 5 stars this time..
