Oh my, customer asking about Metas, can it help me read my dashboard readouts from behind the wheel... Yep, adore Fridays. Questions like that keep me from staring at the clock at least.

@benblatch Oh, the number of times when I was in the division in Texas where I said that, if I had a nickel… I could have a really good steak dinner if I was into that. LOL each state does have its own rules on corrected vision and driving. And I've had to remind people about being behind the wheel of a 4000 pound weapon that could hurt themselves if not others.

@Ranger1138 The fact that somebody thinks that this can help them read their dashboard from behind the wheel is astounding. First of all, if you're using the AI features to read your dashboard, the glasses may or may not hallucinate, which is a very dangerous thing especially in a moving vehicle. (1/2)

Yes, I know there are various vision requirements for driving and each state is different, but the fact that somebody asked that, seems to me that they shouldn't be driving at all if they're asking whether the AI can read their driving dashboard. I wouldn't trust any artificial intelligence in something like that. Especially not on something that's strapped to my head and I could cause somebody else bodily harm by crashing a car. (2/2)
