@payown @JeffBishop I add to that, even if they're not gonna sign up for services, speak to the workforce or blind division. Employment law is one thing on the federal level, but each state has an outlook and rules that might assist, or protect, you in those situations. And if you've never been in that process before, ask for roleplay in order to prepare you for that inevitable question.
