    If you don't do herbicides, one of the better ways to choke out weeds is just lay a tarp on the ground for a few weeks.

    Also, it's warm, humid, & full of crickets under there. AKA the perfect hospitality for snakes.

    This one was living her best life. Until we rudely picked the tarp up
