    This kinda escalated from "yea i'd rather go to bed early" to:

    🏅 PR auf Alpe du Zwift Verifiziertes Segment (1:05:57) (dang it xD)
    🏅 PR auf Alpe du Zwift Bend 16 to 15 (3:38)
    🏅 PR auf Alpe du Zwift Start to Bend 21 (4:00)
    🏅 PR auf Alpe du Zwift Bend 21 to 20 (3:44)
    ...

    Was this healthy considering how i feel since a few days now? unclear. anyhow, i better bring food or something next time lol

    @milan
    During this kind of trips I usually have an apple or a banana beside me and a protein shake to drink.

    @milan
    Your cadence looks quite low, under 85, 90.
    When I started zwifting, I thought, cadence doesn't matter, highest gear is the goal.
    Meanwhile I learned that it is much more effective with cadence around 100 and lower heart.
    Actually I even ride with lower gear and higher cadence in real life.

    @The_Roman i tried to stay at 85+ but couldn’t keep it up.. its actually higher than just a few months ago thanks to the guided workouts - getting there :)
    specifically on zwift under load i still need to tackle side stitch issues tho, still hoping the trainer is just set up badly and gonna try to improve it again. tried to keep it easy on the lead-in.. .

    @The_Roman wont deny that but it rarely happens in the real world (once i think in the past years) and usually not on guided workouts ... kinda strange

    @milan @The_Roman Did not ride on Zwift since March or so, but for me high cadence, 95+, is much harder to maintain than my ‘natural’ cadence of 80 - 85. Maybe that is something to work on this winter, get in touch with my inner Chris Froome.
