Did you build the world of WoWiWa in advance or did it develop from book to book?

What were your influences? The mix of old gods/mage/vamp-werewolf/tech was very intriguing.

Do you keep the Dream and the mundane separate in your head and track their timelines differently? or are they all mixed together like they would be for Felicia?

Do you swap perspectives based on feel or when you swap perspectives is there something you are trying to convey?

Do you have dossiers on each character? Or just a mental image of who they are?
