Dying Light £1.99 on Steam. Great game, and worth it for the melancholic synth soundtrack alone

Who else remembers wandering around Computer fairs in school halls at weekends, paying £5.99 for CD-ROMs called "1072 Weird Textures" or some such garbage/magic😅

I wonder which companies will be first to adopt "Super Intelligence" 🤮, or how many will postpone/deflect by using weasel alternatives like "Apple Intelligence" etc 🤔🤔

noodling...

ppl seem hung up on whether it's going to be known as

Although I think the actual "Hungarian" algo was from 1955, and newer algos are used under the hood (since otherwise it is O(n³)

I use this implementation : https://docs.scipy.org/doc//scipy-1.3.2/reference/generated/scipy.optimize.linear_sum_assignment.html?utm_source=copilot.com , passing a 2D matrix of "costs" for each pixel pair, and it returns the indices where the start pixel needs to end up

I guess he uses the 13th note as well, since there are 4096 perms of 12 (including "playing" zero keys a la John Cage)

TIL there are 8,178 possible chords in an octave. I mean, I guess I never bothered doing the permutations but yeah.
Shame how the majority of western music uses probably 0.5% of these 🤔
