Monty's random thought of the day. When it comes to civilian aircraft, are there any new aircraft being built at all? Every time I watch a pilots youtube channel or hear about what aircraft pilots are flying, and this includes airliners, it seems that the newest aircraft I hear about is anywhere from 15 years old and older! So like if I were a pilot, and wanted say a new Cessna or Cerus aircraft, or even a new jet, could I get one? I mean I can't exactly go down to the local auto mall and see the latest aircraft builds, so I was just wondering if any pilots ever fly brand new aircraft that's like 2 years or less old?
