I'm getting irritated at the amount of AI shit that's still showing up on Bandcamp.
I don't want to listen to a summary of a fucking genre, I want to hear the people who bled into the recordings and feel their pain.

I don't want to listen to a summary of a fucking genre, I want to hear the people who bled into the recordings and feel their pain.
People complaining about Bluesky and social media and how it's controlled by assholes, and how they want a different solution, and then you bring up Mastodon and they're like "not like that".
So, I don't really like talking about my sex life, but HRT's doin' some things that... I'm kinda curious if others can speak to.
Like... I went from having *one* spot where the action happened, to "my whole fucking body is a playground", now.
I had just sort of assumed that orgasms were universal in how they felt.. Y'know, build of pressure in one area, and then release.
I had never had a sensation where it felt like I was being electrocuted... like electricity was firing in at the bottom of my spine and spreading over my entire body... for like 10-20 seconds. It's like... I didn't even feel it "down there". It was just all across my whole body. If anything... it felt like it originated from my lower back... which is actually super sensitive to touch since HRT.
Anyone else had anything similar?
Why do microwaves have popcorn buttons if every popcorn bag has specific instructions to not use the popcorn button?
Just realized that lately my Mastodon feed has been mostly just bot accounts... which means people have been quieter or more absent.
You all still out there?
The best defence against misinformation is critical thinking and education.
Maybe instead of banning shit, you could try funding education with that overblown defense budget.
I've been kinda simmering over an interaction I had like 4-5 years ago. I said I'd like to see a mainline Legend Of Zelda game where you play as Zelda. I got jumped (figuratively) by a few guys who didn't see the point, it's always been Link, and they didn't want it.
So, me, significantly more insecure, trying to be friendly, discussed it with them and we got to a point where it'd be ok if there was at least a choice between Link and Zelda.
No.
These fucking babyass shriveldicks can cope for one damn game where they're not catered to. I don't want a choice. I want a game that Link is fucking dead. D-E-D, Dead. It's all up to Zelda. We've had to put up with lifetimes of male as default, taking in media that centers around men. I'm tired of the consolation prize of "Well, we'll add a gender selection for you". Why is it always (hyperbole for effect) male character, or a choice?
You can deal with one game that's not all about serving you.
My timeline doesn't have enough video game shitposting. Recommend your favourite sources of dumb video game crap.
Aw hell. I just need more video game crap all around. I'll take memes, I'll take indie games, I'll take people finding a way to run Doom on a Tiger handheld.

Day 26: Ok. Been away from the game for a while so I spent a lot of this day getting my bearings straight again.
Woke up. Watered my plants. Decided that I wanted to build another recycling machine. Figured it'd be a small task. I knew I had a ton of wood and stone. I figured getting a single iron bar wouldn't be a big deal...
I only had 3 iron ore, and it takes 5 to make the bar I needed, so, I set out to the mine to find me some iron ore.
I jumped around from floors 10 to 27 and found everything except iron. Rubber boots, all sorts of gems, geodes, mushrooms, crabs, cave vegetables, a couple of clubs, tons of bug meat. I don't remember running into larvae before, but I found a lot of them and kind of felt terrible about killing them. I'm going to have so much bait for fishing.
Ultimately, in the end I didn't find any. I went home, made a new chest to hold all of the assorted things I had gathered. I kind of hate where it is, and I hope there's a way to move chests without removing the items inside because I'm going to need to re-organize things.
Side note: I forgot I had tapped some trees, and as such, completely forgot to check on them. Whoops.

Day 25: First thing in the morning I got a notice telling me I could pick up my pickaxe, so I guess that means the game will tell me when it's time to go pick up my tools.
Went to see Clint. Got my pickaxe and dropped off my regular, non pick variety wood chopping axe.
Did a little fishing, noticed the hat mouse had a new hat, and while I'm not a fan of the style, I had to go full Team Fortress and collect all of the hats.
Went over to the general store later in the day which automatically tossed me in Abigail's room as if I had snuck in. She was having a hard time with her game, so she invited me to play some two player.
That was actually pretty neat. Recycled a thing and went to bed.

Day 24: So, before the flower festival I figured I'd try and go pick up my pickaze from Clint, but turns out the shop was closed.
I didn't want to waste my whole day on just the flower festival, so I tried walking around and talking to people and catching a few fish.
Helped Sam figure out what his next song should be about (A city in the sea), and headed off to the festival.
Went around, talked to everyone before realizing that talking to some people twice would give you the opportunity to ask them to dance.
Also, Jodi... why are you such an ass?
I then sat in bed, staring at my screen for like 15 minutes agonizing about who I wanted to ask to dance and how that'd improve our relationship. I surprised myself and chose Leah first... only to discover that you can only dance if your relationship is already good, and everyone will just say no.
I bought something called a rarecrow because the game told me to collect them all.
I watched people dance, recycled a few things, and went to bed.

Day 23: Current!
Ok, so apparently there's a flower dance tomorrow. What I've learned about events is that they're going to eat up your whole day, so I'm not making any plans for tomorrow.
Gave some gifts to Abigail and Leah. Bought 30 parsnips in hopes of getting another payday before the end of the season. Noticed the ladies working out at the general store.
Planted those. Decided to explore my crafting options. Made a recycling machine which has made getting garbage from fishing something to actually get excited about. I kind of want to make a ton of recycling machines now.
Tapped two trees. Hoping to get syrup because apparently that's needed for a bee house. Smelted down all my copper. Got torches out of my recycling machine, among other things. I may have been not paying attention properly but I think I got some iron ore from it. I'll need to experiment some more.
Used the rest of my energy chopping down some trees. I think I'll be talking to Robin about upgrades soon.
I feel like I've hit the point in the game where it's starting to get its hooks into me. I'm starting to see how the different systems play into each other and I'm excited to play around with things.
#StardewValleyJournal
Day 22: After chores I brought a bunch of geodes to the blacksmith to get them busted up. I also brought some copper bars and left my pickaxe to get upgraded. I've apparently got to leave that with him for a couple of days.
It was harvesting day. Picked a bunch of stuff and earned 4764g, which is my biggest payday so far. Mostly from the potatoes, foraging foods aren't worth all that much.
While I was just running around exploring I got a cutscene of the kids hanging out by the sewer. Jas said she thinks Gunther has the key to get in. There's a strange noise coming from inside. I'm intrigued to get in there and explore.
After I went to sleep apparently my fields were visited by a fairy or something. Don't know what this does but I hope it's not something for crops because I just picked most of them.
#StardewValleyJournal
I'll get back to daily hopefully. For now, it works that I mostly did the same thing for the last three days.
Days 19, 20, and 21: I spent my days mining. I'd do my morning chores and then go into the mine. I made it down to about floor 25 before finally realized that iron didn't look like copper, and just came out of normal rocks. So I've started to get some iron ore. Found a chest that included something called iridium ore, which just from what I've overheard my kid talking about in the past, I've determined is a big deal?
Also, hit a strange floor that caused me to have to retreat because the screen got a green tint, and bugs would not stop attacking me.
Oh! And there was a neat underground water place I was able to fish in. So, that's cool.
I'll try and get back to daily, but luckily I really didn't do anything all that interesting other than mining.
Also, yes Caroline, it's just you. Mind your own damn business.
#StardewValleyJournal
Sorry for the brief summaries. I'm going off of memory. I played on the days, but grabbing screenshots and posting about it was just something I didn't have time for.
Day 17: The salmonberry day. Aside from chores, I basically ran around town giving everyone salmonberries to see what everyone liked. I also located the broken bridge that the Junimo will repair.
Day 18: Realized that to craft some things that might help me like sprinklers, I'd need iron. Luck would have it that there was a quest to kill slimes too. So I killed slimes and went mining. Found no iron, but did find a new pair of leather boots on floor 10.
#StardewValleyJournal
Day 16: Ok, so today was a learning day.
Didn't have to chore due to rain, so I fished a bit. Willy's got a quest for carp. I caught exactly zero carp.
Went into Pierre's since I got a letter saying he had fertilizer. Got to meet Assbutt from JojaMart.
Wanting to support my local retailer, I bought 10 potatoes and 10 fertilizers so I could experiment with them. I didn't want to commit to other kinds of crops because I'm already half way through the season and wanted to give them time.
Ran into Leah on the way home. Discovered she likes salmonberries.
Made the horrible realization that I had spent 1000g on 10 Basic Fertilizer when each can be crafted with 2 sap... which I have a ton of.
Made a new scarecrow, a fence and a gate, a bunch of stuff to try and organize my crops, but didn't feel like fiddling with that. Maybe next season I'll make things nice.
Planted a bunch of potatoes and parsnips in my fertilized plot of land.
Cleared out more of my field until bed time.

Day 15: I played this late at night and was falling asleep so I'll probably forget some details but here we go.
I completed a bundle for the Junimo, which resulted in them not fixing a bridge, but instead giving me a bunch of seeds. So that's cool. I went and planted them. Also, a few more "donation" plaques showed up in the community center, so I guess I'll need to grab my notebook and mark down what to sell and what to remember to bring here.
I know I did some fishing and Sebastian wanted something for a quest, so I probably got him a fish. I think I spent a bunch of time running around talking to people. I seem to remember being excited that I ran into both Abigail and Leah.
#StardewValleyJournal
Day 14: Learned how to make coleslaw from the TV. Did morning chores. Sold a lot of crops.
Bought a fibreglass fishing rod and caught some seaweed for a quest for Demetrius.
Tried running around town trying to find people for relationship building. Couldn't find Abigail or Leah. Kinda disappointed there.
While looking for them, I ran across a cutscene where Linus is rummaging through garbage for food. Told him he's fine. Gus proved himself to be a solid dude.
Chopped a bit and then went to bed.

Day 13: Oof. Well this felt like a waste of a day. Did morning chores. Video game dad is cooler than real dad and gave me some cash.
Went into town. Talked to everyone I could. Was thinking of buying some items, but I triggered the egg hunt and never got the chance to go back. I didn't even win either. Abigail went all MLG and nabbed more eggs than I did.
#StardewValleyJournal
Day 12: Did morning chores. Remembered a quest to find Robin's axe. Went down south to find it and discovered that hat mouse was still there. Bought an ugly hat that I'll probably never wear again (especially because it doesn't even cover all of my head pixels).
Found Robin's axe.
You're part of the problem Jodi (see picture).
Went by the community center and discovered some little junimo... crafts... bundle... thing. Tossed some things I had in there. Apparently there's a broken bridge somewhere that this can repair?
Felt like Abigail would probably like purple since it seems to be her color, so I gave her an amethyst.
Spent rest of day clearing fields. Apparently tomorrow is an egg festival.
