This is getting out of hand slowly 😅
This year one of my favorite DIY electronic shops unfortunately discontinued their services. They sold out anything and I bought 2x5m WS2812B (beside a lot of other stuff).
Later I purchased this poster. In the past few weeks I developed the idea of an backlight image frame. And with free time, one thing came to another. This is the result. My aim was to make it a bit ironic and funny.

Effects and "sparkling" is hand-crafted,
the web server for the API is called "ESPAsyncWebServer" and the stripe is controlled using the library "Adafruit_NeoPixel.h"

If you as specialist answer the right questions with the copy-pasta result of wrongly prompted #ChatGPT, you immediately loose the title "specialist" for me and I'll ask my fridge the next time.

#AI is not only making people dumber, it destroys communication culture as well.

So, today I made a many years old, maybe a little childish wish come true.
This cute little fella is a #esp01 controlling a LED strip with SMD5050 RGB modules.
Its not the addressable WS28XX, so I have only one color, but thats fine.
This is a #IoT thing, I always wanted to build and I'm so happy, that I finally made it :awesome:

Have to confess, the instant glue won this time (#AMS1117 is not straight), but anyway I'm really happy with the outcome. First I had concerns that the #ESP01 is too high on the breakout-module, so it gets to tight with the button, but it worked out.

This is the first one, where I actually used glue. I'm kind of proud, how tidy this looks. The #ESP01 is the only part I can take out for programming. This really could be a template for a rebuild of my other sensors.

Over the weekend I often thought about #Microsoft and how they evolved.
Friday I received a mail from my mail provider I really trust, that they suggest to stop use of #Outlook365, which felt kind of extraordinary and alarming.
I don't really use my notebooks power for #dotnet development or gaming, so currently #linuxmint is downloading and I'll go the step.
On my desktop I'll still wait, guess it takes another couple of years to make "bigger" things possible, making the switch attractive.

What we're learning here?
1) My #JavaScript skills suck
2) Its alarming warm in south Germany
3) I survived Friday 13th
