Gasoline goes bad after 4-6 months, for those of us planning for the long haul in a zombie apocalypse

#Monsterdon #LastManOnEarth

I like how much this film leans into the sheer dreariness of being the last survivor of a zombie apocalypse. Life is a succession of chores with no end in sight for poor Vince

Real estate, bats, and murder -- does that make it a vampire film?

"That room is just like a box!" Much like every other room. Astute observation

#Monsterdon #TheBat

See, this is why you shoot the person while you're in the middle of monologuing

#Monsterdon #TheBat

The real question is, how many Bats are there?

#Monsterdon #TheBat

"If the Bat makes another call, I'll have a little surprise for him." A candle-lit dinner and a single red rose?

#Monsterdon #TheBat

Ms van Gorder doesn't write anything she's unfamiliar with... I wonder how many people she's murdered as research for her books

#Monsterdon #TheBat

Vampire bats have friends and will regurgitate blood for other bats who had bad luck hunting :blobhajhugtinybla:

Omigosh what a cutie! Such long ears!

#Monsterdon #TheBat

Huh, TIL the first rabies vaccine was co-developed by Louis Pasteur in 1885

#Monsterdon #TheBat

"I have a gun and I know how to use it!" killer immediately scarpers

That's the key to handling sequence killers, innit? As long as you look like a tougher target, they'll move on.

#Monsterdon #TheBat

"We're going to sleep in my room." Weren't they already? Or am I misreading their situation?

#Monsterdon #TheBat

That was the Bat tripping over his own feet into a drum set, probably
#Monsterdon #TheBat

I was almost expecting Vincent Price to get killed this time! That'd be a twist

#Monsterdon #TheBat

"He and Dr Wells are deep in each other's arms." Hey, a fujoshi can dream

#Monsterdon #TheBat

Mrs van Goiter?

#Monsterdon #TheBat

thank you Ms Exposition

#Monsterdon #TheBat

Mr Loren with unusual faith in the court system... or usual faith in his wealth

#Monsterdon #HouseOnHauntedHill

The one thing I don't understand about this whole plot is, how are they going to hide the animatronics after?
