I'm watching Midsomer Murders (IYKYK) and there's a scene that is staged as suicide. It took 1 (only 1) second to realize that two major rules of suicide were broken.
Both wrists were slit, identically, the body is symmetrically arranged and yet,
1. Once one wrist is slit, it is virtually impossible to recreate the wound, with the same force and control, on the other wrist.
2. If you actually manage to slit both wrists, identically, and are therefore slowly* bleeding to death, how the fuck do you dispose of the knife? The preliminary search of the area found no trace.
You are weak and getting weaker, so all action must originate from your current prone position.
You do not have time to clean the blade before throwing it as far as you could into a dense colony of brambles.

But the killer succumbed to his need for symmetry, and in the process of 'tidying up', he exposed details that would not be possible in suicide, only murder.

My friend's daughter, who I have known her entire life, was told today that she is being let go from the Postal service. No reason given besides the fact that they mentioned politics during her last interview.

I told her to not say another word, or sign any termination notice without talking to her union.

So, first, the orange cockwomble banned 3 news services from the WH pool (which isn't supposed to be part of his 'powers') because they were being mean to him. And then the rest of the pool said FU.
So the wronged entities took the Admin to court. So NOW, the orange cockwomble says that he banned them because they were printing classified information.
What kind of a fucking moron tells a crowd of press people classified info and expects them to figure out which info they shouldn't print?
Oh,
yeah. 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

Lutnick is the epitome of banal evil. He is dishonest, incompetent, stupid, and is, and knowingly supports, pedophiles. And he is boring.
His lies are so obvious, along with his contempt for his base, and his belief that he is much smarter than he actually is. Of course, I guess, if you are comparing yourself with your boss, you might have the erroneous feeling that you actually have a functional brain.

I am happy to report that MapQuest, unlike Google, has not catered to the delusions of the orange cockwomble. (And the Gulf of Mexico is still correctly labeled)

Disbelief as Trump invokes Bush’s infamous ‘Mission Accomplished’ gaffe to tout his war
https://www.rawstory.com/mission-accomplished/

While they fly the flag at half mast, and cry crocodile tears in mourning, in the shadows, they are doing their ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY best to destroy one of her greatest achievements.

Further proof that the GQP, purveyor of lies, grift and blatant self-service, truly despise people who aren't obscenely wealthy.

In my immediate family, 2 uncles, 4 brothers, my stepdad, and an unknown number of cousins, have served in the military, mostly in the Navy.
I am appalled at what those servicepeople are going through, while Capitol Hill LIES about them.
THIS ☝️is what happens when you let an alcoholic white supremacist with ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY no leadership experience and an idiotic, pedophile, murderous draft dodger who graduated bottom 3rd of his class, and has NEVER done ANYTHING for anyone that wasn't transactional, while cheating and lying about anything and everything, run a war against an enemy they do not understand, based on Intel THAT THEY NEVER VERIFIED.
And the icing on the cake? In the process of committing war crimes, they used up the majority of our munitions. And NOW, because private bone spurs doesn't understand naval engineering, he wants to spend billions replacing modern carrier catapults with the older steam catapults.

We are so screwed. Because stuff like this is heading towards being the norm, instead of a 100 year cycle.

Trump’s mental acuity in freefall as he prepares ‘sad spectacle’ of old news: ex-insider

I left the Church because I could not resolve the conflict between what was preached, and what was done. Especially when the deeds were so heinous, and yet no one was paying for their sins. I had grown up in a church where the priest was truly good. It was a small town. When I got married to another Catholic*, I realized that I was the exception.

* My first husband bought a farm in Tennessee with the settlement from the San Diego diocese of the Catholic Church. It happened long before I had met, the settlement was years after our divorce.

He has equated his "faith" to clickbait. And I say this because, as a born Catholic, I know that one of the core tenants of the Catholic faith is the belief that the Pope has the ear of God. And that he is the final voice on questions of faith. Telling the Pope that he needs to review his interpretation of God's word, is beyond heresy.
Vance wears Catholicism like makeup, as a way to make himself look better, but it is only skin deep, because most of what spews from his mouth isn't just an affront to Catholicism, it's an affront to Christ. People like him, are why people like me leave the Church, because we can't understand why their hypocrisy is tolerated.
