Are there any VPS providers that allow torrenting and port forwarding, for a remote seedbox?

does anyone have any recommendations for mini little microphones we can put inside a respirator mask,,,

weve been using shirt/lapel mics in our initial tests, but we're worried about exposing them to constant moisture from doggie breffs and also we think the ones we got might be cheap trash

What are your favorite peertube (not youtube) instances or channels? I kind of want to build a peertube account where I follow a bunch of people to eventually disconnect from youtube entirely. This one has been harder because my freetube subscription list is massive. I'm especially interested in the following topics:

• tamagotchis
• learning dutch, spanish, and arabic
• veganism, vegan cooking
• nutritional studies, especially reviews of all studies on a specific topic
• pets, but specifically hamsters and guinea pigs
• wild life (especially bats)
• vampires
• gardening
• blender, krita, and godot tutorials
• baldurs gate 3
• animation/cartoon reviews
• anarchist/leftist news
  • especially what's going on in the Netherlands, Puerto Rico, and Palestine at the ground level
• video essays explaining why something is problematic (racist, ablest, queerphobic, sexist, etc)
• fashion

this idea is like so good, give me $100,000 now.

it should also ban dorvak, force TOML configuration, and run better on smartphones compared to computers.

oh wait, i should also make it a wayland compositor..

i should make a fish shell (non posix compliant) specific application in gtk that uses libreoffice as its text editor replacing vi and emacs and LaTeX, uses dolphin as its file browser, replacing ls.

how many VC vbucks will get invested into me this is a revolutionary idea.

hey! do you use a language other than English and would like to partake in a study with me tomorrow, October 12? it should take around 30 minutes and consists of a questionnaire and a video or in-person interview.

this is for a group project in an undergrad class i'm taking at the University of Minnesota, and if I find someone to interview on my own I won't need to attend class that day. i just need 1 volunteer!

This month is breast cancer awareness month. My mother died of metastatic breast cancer, so this is an issue that has affected me personally and I’m keenly aware of my own risk. As well, 1 in 8 women will have breast cancer. Men get it too as well, so I self check too.

Do self checks and get a mammogram when are you eligible. Please. It could save your life.

i should get an SDR...

any recommendations on shops and brands ?

@JenMsft quite jealous! Best I can do is Jasper and Sodium in a tree. No chance of getting Penguin or Murphy near them or each other, or any of the actual ferals. Maybe Unicode X22 next spring, or the Dr Professor when he decided to hang out with the Jasper Pop Experience Gang again.

I did it - they're all looking at the camera. I'll never be able to take another picture like this in my life

What I ended up getting: Another cat tree
