I started to feel under the weather last night, but after getting a night of good rest... I feel even worse!

Just now realized I have a 3 day weekend this week. Sweet.

I have delicious food waiting for me in the fridge, but I just don't feel like putting in effort towards cooking tonight.

Now really wishing I had picked up a burger on the way home.

24. The Warrior Princess and the Barbaric King (TV Anime)

Another one where one season is enough for me. I enjoyed this one and despite the occasional dick joke, I found it surprisingly wholesome in places.

Not amazing, but was fun for the time that it was on.

23. Reborn as a Vending Machine S3 (TV Anime)

Welp, I said I wanted to see what this series was going to do with its concept and so I watched all 3 seasons. Admittedly I started losing the plot a little in the second half of this season, but overall it was as dumb as I thought it would be and that's not automatically a bad thing. Sometimes dumb is absolutely fine and in this case, it was truly fine.

I don't think I'll ever go back to this one, but I am happy to move it to my completed pile as an example of something I once gave my life to.

22. Gals Can't Be Kind to Otaku (TV anime)

Wow, it's almost as though if you aren't a gatekeeping jerk about your hobby, you get to make friends and hang out.

Enjoyed this one a lot. I actually hope the three main characters never introduce a romance arc. I just want to see them keep being goofballs together all the way until they are old-taku.

Another one that I would cautiously return to in the future. Honestly feels like this was just fine with one season. If I start missing them, I can look up the manga.

21. Solitary Gourmet (TV Series)

I actually finished this on YouTube a month ago, but didn't realize until tonight that I had watched the season finale. Oops.

Anyway! The content is good stuff. The dub track was a bit monotone which makes me wonder if it was AI.

Fairly standard food SOL I will say that I would much rather watch another season of Wakako-zake or Samurai Gourmet though.

20. Smoking Behind The Supermarket With You (TV Anime)

I'd love to write a full length review of this series, but I just do not have the time right now so this will have to do.

This was a wonderful anime, though! As I said when I first started watching it, it reminded me of my dense teen self meeting my later retail self who smoked heavily to cope with customer service.

Incredibly adorkable adult characters, simple settings and premise, and easily digestable 15 minute episodes. Would absolutely watch more of this.

Go out of your way to binge this one!
