#Technology has lost my interest at large.
I was interested in technology, because it was helping people. But today I see most of the technologies that were promised to help people, being used to merely to make money, and to help the powerful oppress the powerless.
Also good technologies that help people are banned, and bad technologies that help fascists are promoted. Undemocratically also, it seems.

We are not Europoors.
The median wealth of US citizens is 28th position. Almost all Euro countries, and all other advanced economies place above it.
The median UK citizen has twice the wealth of a median US citizen.
The reason is that USA today has wealth inequality on the level of absolute monarchies like Saudi-Arabia, and kleptocracies like Russia.
Eurozone is doing great for regular people. USA is worse than the gilded age now.
The debt taken out to fund the data center boom has already been repackaged to financial SPV’s and sold to 401k retirement funds as bonds.
If the power, water, and usage to these plants fails to materialise, which physics says it will, those bonds will lose value.
The tech bros already outsourced their losses to US retiree’s pensions.
