First published footage of a russian jet Geran-4 killed by a Vampire system of Ukraine’s 208th Anti-Aircraft Missile Brigade.
Rocket-based short range air defense, that was the answer all along.
3rd Army Corps used unmanned VBIEDs to breach russian defences in Donbas.
Old Soviet BTR-60s, no crew inside, packed with explosives and driven by remote control into the strongest fortifications. Nove, Ridkodub and Katerynivka liberated, over 250 russians taken prisoner.
russia builds around 3,000 jet powered Geran drones a month now, up from 500 in May.
This is highly dangerous for European security, not only for Ukraine.

offenbar baut Russland die Luftverteidigung bei Moskau aus, indem es Luftverteidigung aus anderen Landesteilen abzieht. Dürfte spannend werden ob die Ukraine diese gesetzten Lücken ausnutzt.
Geran developments in Ukraine:
- they now fly extremely low to avoid detection and interception with drones. 50m
- using LIDAR to know its altitude
- focusing on the frontline - because deep in the rear it's easy to shoot them down, bigger saturation of air defense.

Ukraine did a great job reverse engineering Russian Shahed / Geran drones. You can literally go on the website and see component breakdown - made in Texas, Germany, Switzerland...
I suggest you check it out. Very interesting. https://war-sanctions.gur.gov.ua/en/page-geran-3
Ukrainian MiG-29 fighter jet sporting famous Ukrainian "anti-Mykola" paint job, used to prevent friendly-fire.
Apart from this main function, it also looks just great.
This is Russian "Oreshnik" missile debris found in Lviv area today.
Don't get me wrong, I understand their strong commitment to peace, but
- they hit civilian energy infrastructure 50km to EU border
- especially given -20C days are coming to Ukraine
- with IRBM!!!
Russians use thermite dropped from drones to burn through anti-drone nets.
I have driven those roads all Summer and Autumn, the nets gave some sense of safety there.
Not anymore I suppose...

@IceCubesApp i can't see followed hashtags on top of toots anymore. Is this a new bug? Even known maybe?
Moin @IceCubesApp !
Resuming on macOS App via "Resume Option" doesn't work anymore since the last #IceCubesApp versions. Something seems to got borked regarding Mastodonmarkers? Are you aware of that? Maybe the changes on Timeline behavior kicked in a unwanted way?
hello @ivory ! Have you considered to implement the Mastodon server-side-API for timeline sync? In my understanding that would sync the webserver-app timeline and othe Mastodon Apps (which support the API) also.
Currently only icloud-sync is available?
