There's a lot of counterfactual scenarios to play with re how the United States became a fascist country - which it absolutely is now - but none of ANY of this gets resolved until any organization/movement capable of righting it is willing to hang men and women for violating the oath of office they took to opt, instead, for fealty to self-proclaimed ubermensch whose entire battery of orders worked to defy the country's constitution and do that specifically to destroy vulnerable people's lives for the crime of nothing.

Many of us said this, particularly in 2019-2020, ICE, CBP and a vast VAST majority of law enforcement in the United States needed to be denazified. Democratic Leadership didn't want to do that because "normalcy" or whatever, and they left a pre-politicized SS in place, simply awaiting the return of their messiah. You can argue that Abolish-ICE position was "radical" all you want, but here's the thing people radicalized by a conservative state manifesting as brutal programmatic predation know that a lot of liberals don't, which is they, the wacky leftists in the coalition, have been fucking consistently right about all this shit (HEY, remember the Iraq war cuz I sure fucking do) while liberals have fucking ignored it, tried to spackle over it, and lost. Now we're all fucked, and if you, dear sensible centrist, presume to preach deradicalization at this point, any rational person should fucking punch you in the head. That's where we're at.

If you are not yet "radicalized" to understand that an actual functioning society needs to denazify, fucking violently where necessary, its justice system/martial aparatus, fine, you process information at your own pace, but just very much know, this is what got us to the inhuman things you are probably now decrying.
Radicalize now or we're all fucked.

There will be a point - and what happened in San Diego today is fucking empirical research in this regard - where ICE goons will fire live rounds into a neighborhood crowd trying to stand up for their neighbors and it will not go well for the ICE goons thereafter. If you even have the slightest tendency of giving cops the benefit of the doubt, shed it now and really try to get that those bursts of violence will be what's left of society trying to heal in the most organic way possible. Excising predators from their midst.

No one who works for ICE or CBP or DHS generally deserves a moment of peace, much less blithe normalization. If you know any, make it clear, in whatever means might be available to you, they are fucking vermin. Make this memetic to the point where it is not even "controversial," simply the accepted vernacular toward any occupying army.
Their job is ethnically cleansing the Other, so Other the shit out of the fucking lot of them.

Except for the inevitable collateral damage (i.e., non-participant injuries/deaths) a full blown shootout between ICE goons and neighborhood defenders would be a thing of wonder. I think we’re less than a year away from seeing this in the US.
