Got another 'no' on the job hunt. It happens, we press on.
In the meantime, if you're able to spare a buck or two to help keep me going, that'd be super helpful <3
I just finished this book and wow yeah, lots to process
its very good but more words than that will need time to sort through
any mutuals who also finished reading this book, feel free to hit me up on Signal, Signal ID is in a pinned post on my profile, I think this is a book that would benefit from talking to someone else who has read it
having any track from Shad’s “A Short Story About A War” (2018) come up in my shuffled playlist makes me want to listen to the entire album. and the entire album is in the playlist SPR is shuffling. it’s just that good. (thanks @packetcat for the tip way back when)
seriously though, pretty cool shot otherwise

:blobcatknife:
what makes the Southwest 1776 livery even worse is that the registration number for the plane that has it is "N1776R" which...it doesn't take much more than basic pattern recognition skill to see that it resembles a racial slur
and tbh I think its intentional because this is an American airline we are talking about and in the context of the livery...
like that "R" didn't need to exist at the end, there is no discernible reason there is an R in this registration number
ah fuck I put the last two posts in the wrong thread, ah well
and every US airline livery gets written off because Southwest Airlines is doing whatever that hideous 1776 livery is, sorry not sorry American aviation enthusiasts
I think at this point I've seen enough liveries to generally say that the Asian airlines are just doing liveries better than everyone else for the most part
and by better I mean prettier & creative designs that actually look good on the plane
there are some European airlines with good liveries but on the other hand Condor exists with their striped liveries so
FAG seems to be the callsign prefix that the Argentinian Air Force uses, another plane in the air with the callsign FAG594 right now
the technical term for this engine position is "overwing" apparently
oh I don't think I've seen a jet with its engines on top of the wings like that before
