Oh fab. Verizon AND Frontier down, at least for a while. Vzw back up but super fun coincidental failure, leaving us with not even the ability to make an emergency call.
Landlines used to be backed up by generators, mandated by legislation. Cell towers and ISP infrastructure? Nope. Not emergency resilient. I wondered for a moment if Vzw got breached or the US got attacked or something lol. You never know.
Another frontier outage, oh joy. Since.... fucking verizon bought them the service has been interrupted without warning a dozen times. Service center online checks your location and says "no outages detected!", meanwhile the fiber port is down down. Probably maintenance that they just dont feel the need to notify about anymore.
When fascist republican governments attack liberal democrats and say things like "we are going to make it illegal to run as a democrat in texas" or "we will crush the democrats", this is just like when the catcher makes hand signs to the pitcher.

@SalemsLot @randahl ah, I see. This thread is a neoliberal thing, where anyone who dares argue against this current US proxy war initiative is piled on and "suggested for blocking". Do you guys have a site yet, like bot Sentinel dot Com or something? Or iust email chain letters?
Add me to bot Sentinel, yeah, you fucking clowns. You cant argue this subject because its unarguable, so you harass people who discuss it. Fuck off. Blocked.
Today is Indigenous Peoples' Day. A reminder that Columbus was a genocidal fascist and human trafficker, and deserves no honor or recognition. Instead, here's why now 30+ states have adopted recognition of Indigenous Peoples' Day, and why we need to make it all 50.

I know, I know,
of course I know,
that at the moment
we are all worrying
about the potential
of plague in Russia,
but considering how
earlier this week
temperatures
in the Pacific Ocean
passed 30°C,
perhaps at the moment
we are worrying
about the wrong thing.
~1 in 6 men suffer sexual assault, and about 80% of men who suffer sexual assault are assaulted by other men.
Meanwhile, ~1 in 20 rape accusations by women are false accusations.
In other words, men are ~333% more likely to be raped by another man, than they are to be falsely accused of rape by a woman. But rather than focus on the epidemic of men who commit real violence, weak men want to pretend the real issue are false accusations. Absurd.
How fun! So the "NAFO" pro NATO/pro US state department troll accounts are still out there. Fabulous. It was so fun to meet a mob of them once again, all agreeing with one another, using ableist, racist, classist slurs against people who understand US proxy wars.
You know, just because there are extremists in the world doesnt mean you have to pour piles of US money and weapons into their gaping mouths, just to maintain US hegemony. Maybe try honest trading and diplomacy? FUCK #NAFO accounts
Has call of duty transitioned to sinophobic shit yet? Is it "fight the asian super-terrorists who operate a state" type shit yet? I dunno, as its now been many years since I played CoD. By now its just another America's Army.
The tragedy of TERFism is that it's literally patriarchy expressing itself through "radical feminists" in a way it could never be as effectively expressed by men.
Basically, these "radical feminists" are... loyal servants of men and the systems they created to oppress women.
They may as well get barefoot, have ten kids, and stay in the kitchen, bc they are more creatures of the patriarchy than a MAGA lady or tradwife ever could be.
The US military oligarchy hates the russian military oligarchy because mafia/oligarchy states dont like it when smaller oligarchy/mafia states exist and dont pay tribute.
If Russia was US-aligned in the same way Europe or Japan is, for example, everything they are now doing would be US-approved.
Consider that for a moment.

Stealing ALL PUBLICLY AVAILABLE DATA, and also NON PUBLIC DATA, feeding it into a plagiarism machine that constantly makes mistakes and evaporates critical public drinking water reservoirs, then CHARGING us by the hour to access said stolen data............. is INSANE! Its fucking insane!
This is dead-end culture, dead-end tech developed by a dead-end and desperate economic system that has set the world on fire!! NO MORE "AI" TRASH! Turn it off!
A US appeals court upheld a ruling that AI legal research company Ross Intelligence had broken copyright law by training its legal search engine on proprietary data harvested by their bots, a ruling which presages doom for all AI programs

*THIS*.
Read: this is what global economic hegemony looks like. Global EMPIRE. The US has this sort of control over Japan, as well, and continues to force Japan to subordinate and break its own economy to not out-compete America.
This isnt freedom. This isnt United Nations. This is EMPIRE, lately its FASCISM and obviously totalitarian goals, and we must understand it, first, to fight it.
Hmm, I don't feel like being sacrifically vaporized for keeping an old, horrible man "safe" from a war he started to distract from the Epstein Files. "small price to pay"... don't think the rest of the 15 million+ people out this direction would like that, either.
Savitri D is doing better all the time!!
Hint: Luddite doesnt mean what you might think it does. I thought it meant "someone who hates or fears technology" for most of my life until... I realized the Luddites were just a labor rights organization that had been bad-jacketed by the media 😂
A Luddite is someone who understands we should WORK LESS when technology gives us gains, not MORE.
Ive been thinking about the Russia/Ukraine thing for a bit, along with the COVID pandemic and subsequent eugenics, the rising fascism in the US, etc. Here is one of my last large blog posts about it all.
My Russia/Ukraine analysis is about halfway down the page.
