Sadiq Khan says he’s an ally of the trans community, declaring that trans rights are human rights, and that London will remain a safe, welcoming space for trans people

So why is he allowing JK Rowling to take over Oxford Street with Harry Potter themed lights, when she has promised she’ll use some of the money from the new Harry Potter series to fund the anti-trans rights movement ?

Email him now and ask him to pull the plug on transphobia

So META have removed the camera from their pervert glasses

How do we know if they're the camera less version or the old pervert ones ?

They poisoned the well, digging a new well that looks just like the old one doesn't engender trust in wells, it just turns drinking the water into a lottery

So if someone with META glasses stares at you, the safest option is to assume they're a pervert or risk being an unwitting star in their internet video/AI processed sex fantasy

To any accounts that ask to follow me

I'd like to know a bit about you before I decide whether to say yes or not

So I'll check your history & if I don't like what I see the answer will be no

Similarly if you have no bio, no intro & no posts it's highly unlikely I'll say yes

Sorry but life is too short

Today's thought

Works created by an artist have meaning

The artist put specific imagery in the work for a reason, even Pollock or Mondrian put specific colours in specific places for a reason, there is a message in Emin's unmade bed

To make sense of the work you need to get inside the artists mind & discover that reason

You can't do that with AI fabrications, there's no mind to get into, there is no reason or intent, there's no meaning beyond a supplied prompt

And that's why it's not art

@Geri Yay you're back, how are you feeling ?

Yes, I am fucking judging you.

Shitbags

Chapter 90
"the unsatisfactory situation in which post-operative transsexuals live in an intermediate zone as not quite one gender or the other is no longer sustainable"

Meaning trans people may not be treated as a "third sex"

#Petition #UK #Coastguard

This is fucking disgusting, MP's are considering making Coastguard personnel into unpaid volunteers & strip them of their pay for emergency callouts

Please consider adding your name to the petition The Government don't seem to be in a hurry to publicise this so lets do it for them

#Petition #LGBT #Uganda

To President Museveni of Uganda, the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, Members of Parliament, and donor governments:

We stand with Wendy and Diana, and with all Ugandans persecuted for who they are or who they love. Drop all charges against Wendy and Diana, repeal laws that criminalise love and identity, and uphold justice, equality, and human rights.

#Petition #Trans

OK it's not a petition but I couldn't think of a better category

New statutory guidance would usher in a dark age for LGBTQ+ rights in the UK, & encourage gender policing and lawfare

This, the government admits, will put trans & gender non-conforming people at risk

Nadia Whittome MP has tabled EDM 240 to disapprove the Code of Practice, & has already received cross-party support

Please ask your MP to support the motion if they haven’t already

https://transactual.org.uk/blog/2026/06/03/reject-the-code-email-your-mp-now/

I spoke to my sister at the weekend

I mentioned the trans single sex space ban, after all she's my sister & knows I'm trans

She said what toilet ban

People don't know this is happening

Don't assume your allies know

Tell them

#Petition #Water #UK

Hold a binding national referendum on whether the water industry should be returned to public ownership

Water is a basic human necessity; we believe our privatised system has failed, so the public should decide who owns and controls it.

Apologies if you've already seen this thread but the clock is ticking & I'd rather err on the side of too much than too little

"As far as I know not one, single trans person has been consulted about how this code of practice will affect their lives.

I would be interested to know if any anti trans lobbyists had input to the revised code."

"My personal opinion is that the revised code would not be being held back until after the May elections if the revised code were in any way beneficial to trans people, but that's just me."

OK letter sent I made some minor changes to the layout & added the following paragraphs

"I would remind you that there has been no public consultation on this revised code, possibly due to the debacle that occurred with the previous code of practice where a significant number of submissions were discarded with no reason given."

NB

This draft is sitting on Bridget Phillipson's desk awaiting her signature, once signed it will be laid before Parl't, if it isn't rejected in it's entirety within 40 days it becomes law throughout the UK

There's been no public consultation on this new draft

AFAIK not one trans person was involved

The new draft is being held back until AFTER the May elections, you can draw your own conclusions from this, but if the draft didn't adversely affect trans people, I believe they'd show it to us
