Manchmal glaubt man dann doch wieder ans Gute.

I just went and got my COVID vaccination!
I have real bad needle phobia and I neglected things for years before the pandemic because of it. But I finally went and told a doctor and she gave me a prescription for some emotional support Valium that gets me through it OK. If this is something you’re dealing with, I just want you to know that I’m glad I got the help I needed to take better care of myself.

70 percent of the internet was vulnerable yesterday to very bad security flaws inside a coding language. Turns out, *one volunteer* is mostly responsible for maintaining that code & helping push updates. Yesterday Ondřej Surý saved the internet. So I called him up www.theatlantic.com/technology/2...

An email from a company I bought a small item from: How did we do?!?!
You successfully put an item in an envelope and put it in a postbox. What do you want, a lolly?
A few weeks back, a serious incident made me remark that "luck is the very tip of the hazard control pyramid"
As someone who is enthusiastic about documentation, I have a little hack for you:
1. Write an extensive AGENTS.md. Explain all the quirks about setting up and developing your software. You wouldn't want your agent stumbling on the same thing over and over again and wasting precious tokens.
2. Copy everything from your AGENTS.md into your README.md for visibility. Humans can use it too!
3. Delete AGENTS.md. Remember to keep your repository DRY.
4. Delete your coding agent. Now you have extensive instructions for working on the project yourself and with a community!
5. Donate the $200 per month you save to charity!
somebody please take AI away from anybody and everybody involved in commercial food sales, marketing, and/or distribution

Der Spiegel with another banger of a cover. :-)
Handy klingelt. Nummer meiner Bank. Hm.
#scam
When I started with #ActivityPub for #WordPress, it was a small experiment. Now almost 4 out of 10 #Fediverse servers are WordPress sites, and it is still growing, slowly but steadily. Come and join us @activitypub.blog 🎉

„Have you turned it off and on again?“
“If you don’t use AI you’re going to get left behind.”
Gosh, I sure hope so. I see where you’re going and it sucks.
