Hi fediverse, need some advice. My partner has taken up the piano again after 10 years away from it. We are looking for a source of downloadable, printable scores, classical music mostly.
We have come across a few and tried one or two using trials. The scores we downloaded were awful, missing flats and sharps etc. I suspect AI slop.
So anyone know of a reliable source? Or shall we just buy the scores mail order...

I’ve spent enough time with Ravens to know they’re not always in the mood. im curious whether a Tandy running on batteries emits 6v from its power socket (where it would be powered from a mains adapter normally), as if so that gives me a handy power source for the esp, without requiring any hardware mods to the device.
it's possible it's only power in, but id like to verify that.
if it's power-in only then ill need a separate battery for the esp but perhaps a couple of 18650s would get me into the right ballpark. i need to check but 7.2v ought to be to tolerable for the esp. arduinos happily run on 12v so hopefully same goes for the esp.
id rather not rely on a usb power brick. im aiming for this to be a slimline device that attaches snugly to the rear of the computer and doesnt add any trailing wires.

thankfully i did actually get to sleep shortly after.
while doing so i think i had some ideas about my rs232->internet cable(->bbs software).
i think what needs to happen is the "esp8266 with rs232 socket" (!null modem cable?) will work as a sort of intermediary/dialler.
so you use telcom to connect to the esp as if null modem, then issue a command to that like "connect to MYWIFI:wifipasswd", once connected to your chosen wifi you can then tell it to "connect some.bbs.org:23" and the esp handles the connection.
this ought to keep things flexible, rather than being hard coded to one wifi (as I'd been thinking previously), & also ought to let you connect to any number of different bbs services, not just my own (which will take time to make for the services i use).
