And the driver for it is soldered!
Now it's only missing some firmware, then I can test it all together.

I'll be honest, I'm a bit scared.

This is what the entire "AI is just a tool" side of the current arguments around @freecad reads like

I have once again willed a thing into existence.

If all goes well the PCBs for its supply should arive late this week.

Aiming for 100 kV reliably, and maybe 150 kV "if all goes well".
Should be able to do ~5 mA.

I love metal working!

I once again have my flabbers gasted and ask myself

What amount of clock jitter do you need to stop calling it Hz and start calling it Bq

What ever happened to this style of neutron source?
They appear to have been all the rage in the 50s and 60s, but I've never seen one beyond what, 1980?

Cool reactor ads!

Vacuum-Twitter, Assemble!

Does anyone here have an ISO-K 63 T-Piece (or cross) they want to sell?
All the offers I can find are >150€ and with the new import charges welding them with chinese parts won't be much cheaper.
I'd like to pay less than that, and I'm open to swapping parts instead of money, I have a pretty decent collection of high vacuum components.
