🧡 Question for app devs using TelemetryDeck: has the #Retention dashboard ever shown you something you didn't expect? A drop after a release, a country that loves your app, a surprising time of day?
We're writing a guide on reading retention charts and would love to quote real examples (with your name + app or anonymously). Reply or DM us!
Hey Mastodon. I made an App to detect AI Slop Music. It runs locally on your device and uses Shazam and a custom trained ML model to detect AI generated music.
Its completely free and came out of a feature in Daft Music. I would appreciate it if you could spread the word since I want to help spread awareness for this.

This is your occasional backup reminder - if you haven’t yet, go start setting up backups of any kind.
If you think you don’t need backups, delete everything you have on the device you’re using right now.
If that seems like a bad idea then you need backups.

I went into App Store Connect and it wanted me to agree to a new agreement, so I went to the agreements to agree to the agreement.

I’m reading John Scalzi’s “When the Moon hits your eye”. No spoilers, but I very much want to say these two things without context:
1. This is a cheesy comedy version of “Seveneves”! I love it!
2. That scene that was just a Slack log hat me in STITCHES!!

Someone I knew from IRL used to have a very popular Twitter account, and she would frequently end her tweets with “This post does not contain a question.”
I think about that a lot, here.
