Do you like the classic arcade game, Berzerk? It's like that, except it's got managers in it. And they hate you!

The missing letter in the key above is a J

Anyway, what's the non-IT fedi doing today?

I spent a year exploring the strange world of shortwave radio, with my research focusing on fringe religious broadcasters. The result is "Prophets of Shortwave", a documentary shining a light on a reality that is as pervasive as it is invisible, just like the radio waves that sustain it.

I crave sugar. My spouse craves salt.

Which one of these edible things do you crave most often?

#Food #Poll

it would be nice if toots from people I follow would be a slightly different background color from toots that come in through tags, boosts etc.

I want to easily differentiate between toots from homies vs. the outside world

#mastodon

In any case here's how it looks, which is mostly the same it was a few hours ago, but there's a main menu, sound, some very repetitive music and it properly finishes if kids get bored. I hope the site is fixed soon! :D Otherwise I'll share the itch page.

Quick!

Identify north from where you are without using any tech.

Did you get it correct? (Confirm with tech if you want)

me: I will go to bed early tonight

me at 3 am: watching a duck groom itself :pumpkin_uwu:

my pet peeve today are youtube videos titled something like "<some person> is INSANE"
and then the thumbnail is the person's face, with an arrow to them and a text "he/she is INSANE"

it's so redundant. so devoid of any creativity. so cheap. it hurts

Honestly, I think this is one thing folks really can do. Is fund projects rejecting slop-code. I know ive been giving @elementary some cash. I've seen others talk about #HaikuOS and #NetBSD. #NeverSlop

please do not boost this toot. I am only putting it here so I will know tomorrow that I have scrolled back to today.

And that's it. Monotonic is online and that means that all of my music that I did between 2022 and today is now on https://music.phentr0pulse.de for you to listen to, to read into the songs background and to discover (because there are a few jams from my early days I never released before).
