“Two WEEKS?? You told me this was a three hour tour!”

It’s always cute when terrible schlock prominently displays its copyright in the title.

Buddy, ain’t no one profiting off of this.

Is the creepy music diagetic or not? Because it seemed in the background of the shot, as if the house itself was pumping it out. Which would fit.

Well damn, guess we know who Mitch was borrowing time from.

Anyways heeeeeere weeeeee goooooo

Looking at the IMDB page for tonight’s #Monsterdon film, “Invasion: UFO” (1980) and hoooo boy it’s one-a THOSE films, huh

Suddenly remembering my mom casually mentioning years afterward that multiple people offered suggestions to “fix” the problem of my early teenage obstinance/moodiness that involved physical beating and/or oppressive parenting - “Give me a week; I’ll sort it out!” - and her refusing because “you don’t hurt the ones you love”; fast forward to my adult years and learning that I’m autistic and better able to express myself and recognize when I need to be alone so I can manage better.

Love you, Mom.

Between Stephen King, the era, and the soundtrack and scenes, I have a feeling this is gonna be a movie that was written and shot while on cocaine and quite happy about it, too.

"YOU ARE AN ASSHOLE"

Finally, a movie that accurately portrays what happens to tech when it's too interconnected. Tay/MechaHitler would fit right in.

“And now, gentlemen, the world’s smallest press conference.”

So between me and two friends that’s three #NoKings protests; me at the less-than-local, friend 1 at the local one, friend 2 at one in the UK (called a “No Tyrants” protest because they HAVE a king lol; maybe should still be a No Kings event? Just saying?).

“One Big Beautiful Bill is my drag name” #NoKings

Current favorite sign at #NoKings protest: “I like my democracy neat, no ICE”

Friend of mine told me that a coworker who voted for Trump is pissed because he depends on the VA, and Ramaswamy is talking about cutting benefits.

Another one didn’t believe that tariffs would ratchet up prices significantly and is shocked to learn what tariffs even are.

Both were told what would happen. Neither will learn.

I’m tired, man.

Note to self: when reheating naan in the oven, stop at “warm”, not “cracker”.
