Day two of no black tea or espresso. No heartburn. Damn!!

Did not have a Russian Plague on this year’s bingo card but I feel like I should have. #RussianPlague

Honestly how much influence can a bunch of singers have on the world anyways?!

Since the dog’s been gone for the weekend. Master George has taken his rightful spot at the end of the bed again. #Cats #CatsOfMastodon #CatsOfFediverse

Went camping at Bon Echo Provincial Park this week. Absolutely stunning place. I haven’t been in the outdoors like that in over 30yrs and I can definitely go another 30 yrs without having to experience it again. I’m a day tripper to these places. Sleeping in the forest without all the amenities isn’t my thing whatsoever. My back is screaming: camping is a young persons sport. #Camping #BonEcho #TooOldForThis

For those who don’t know you can follow Lake Ontario live on here.

Apologies to my neighbours. I didn’t see the black squirrels running across my deck until the exact moment I opened the door to let the dog out. There was a lot of barking to be had! I swear these two squirrels are out to drive my dog nuts. Here’s a photo of the murder muppet. #Squirrels #Dogs #DogsOfFedi #DogsOfMastodon

My cat’s watching the dog shaking her toys to death. The dog can’t figure out why they won’t play with her? 🤷‍♀️😹 #Cats #CatsOfMastodon #CatsOfFediverse #Dogs

Now that I’ve listened to the words of the song again. I SHOULD have named her Jolene!

I can’t believe the difference that sleeping has had on my life. I’ve been seeing a sleep apnea doctor since February. I’m averaging about 7hrs of sleep at night now. Here’s some of the issues that have cleared up since using the CPAP;
A. GERD. I had it so bad that a few times I thought I was having a heart attack. Now I get hard burn if I eat something spicy which is fair;
B. Heart Palpitations. My GP has been testing me for heart problems. They are now completely gone;
C. Numb Hands. Some days it would take close to an hour for me to get feeling back in my hands. Haven’t had any issues unless I sleep without the CPAP;
D. Energy. This is a big one. I finally feel like I can do things without pushing through exhaustion. I haven’t felt exhausted in months.
Anyways, all this to say that sleep is VERY important and don’t let your doctor tell you otherwise!!

This is my handsome boy George. I very rarely get such a good picture of him. I think he might be in the witness protection plan. 🤷‍♀️🤣

Tell me again how I’m your special kitty!

My daughter had a cat burglar try to get into her house today. Be careful out there!

I’ve never had an animal love me like this cat does. She doesn’t cuddle or go to anyone but me. I absolutely adore her! This is my Gigi girl!
