the tech industry is about to invent books

went on Facebook for a second and the algorithm served up a quick look at what's happening in the rest of the world

today is the first day since the World Cup started that there’s not a single game being played and i’m already suffering from withdrawal

sorry there’s no “but USA made it this far” upside here

USA could’ve went out like Cabo Verde who played the game of their lives, taking Messi & Argentina to the limit

instead USA went out like that video of 100 elementary school kids playing against the Japanese national team

on the bright side, i’m all-in for Norway and Haaland now

has to be one of Christian Pulisic’s worst games ever

dude gave up possession so many times you gotta assume he thought he was playing for Belgium

as a big NYCFC fan, that whole thing that led to the third goal could not have been a worse moment for Matt Freese

that error is going to stick with him forever and he’s too good for that to happen but it is what it is

USA went into this World Cup looking better than any USA team before them and leave looking like the absolute worst USA team i’ve ever seen

this guy is the co-founder of Airbnb

ah Joe Rogan was just slightly off (he claimed over 150 million people watched the card)

goals scored in their first 2026 World Cup game:

Mbappe - 2 goals
Haaland - 2 goals
Messi - 3 goals
Ronaldo - 0 goals

all 4 World Cup matches today ended in a draw and all 4 were exciting as hell

i love this sport

it’s very funny that the one game the Knicks lost was the one game that Trump attended

A few people have reached out as I haven’t been on here in a while. I just haven’t been online much.

My dad passed away on 4/14/26, just months after he was diagnosed with melanoma.

He was the most supportive father (known on my livestreams as “BinderDad”) & grandpa. I miss him a lot.

Elon Musk promised a lot of things by 2025

- colonists arriving on Mars
- xAI achieving AGI
- Tesla robotaxis serving half the U.S.
- completely driverless robotaxis
- a Tesla Roadster demo
- DOGE cutting trillions

none of them happened

the story here is just that Christmas ended but here’s how this clickbait site on Facebook framed it

CNN is covering prediction market odds from an online casino as if it’s actual polling data

they’re now getting mad at a show that was cancelled 3 years ago

it’s very funny to claim victory over “woke” in tech while simultaneously yelling at another company for still being “woke”

“didn’t you hear? we won? you don’t have to be woke anymore! please…”

this woman has been working at Nintendo for almost 20 years and nearly a decade longer than the guy she is replacing

how much more qualified does she have to be lol
