There are two things becoming obvious in AI:

First: We will eventually move to narrowly scoped open source LLMs for the majority of the work that we do. It only makes sense. You can’t pay by the token to run your business, you just can’t.

Second: LLMs should be a publicly owned utility available to us all, for free.

The productivity gains from LLM’s support both of these outcomes. #ai #llm

Are there any of my old iOS or macOS developer friends still out there who aren’t using Claude? It feels so weird, doesn’t it?

The tiny pauses in hold music are infuriating.

So what's the consensus these days about converting an old one-time paid app to subscription? Do you re-release it as a subscription app? Make the old app fremium with subscription? Expiring minds want to know!

Showed some people some work tonight, and had them actually gasp in awe. I was pretty damn proud. Thanks universe for that moment.
