This is where being a bit odd and generating SBOM's for the containers I use has come in handy 😅

Neat, just hit $10 of export for the day. Might actually be almost enough time to squeeze out to $11 before end of peak.

The sheer number of slopped video thumbnails these days is crazy

least I have an idea of what it is now, even if I have now hit a brickwall in dealing with things

that went poorly

a jank arrangement of different 5 and 8 port switches means I've turned off the shouty one, see if that helps...

lol whoops that was upside down.

It seems like the Grandstream PSU's are noisy. I've checked my spare non-PoE switch and it's screaming too.

Would make sense, there's ~2m (and a roof) between the switch and the HF whip on the outside, plus it'll be radiating through all the network cabling in the walls.... sighhhhhhhhhhhh

At damn it, yes. At least a bunch of it is.

Huh the switch?

I need to wander around with the SDR and such to try to track it down but a builder is here to finish some work 😅🫠

I do at least know it's source is my house - when the street had no power but I did because solar+battery it was still there.

feels like it should be something that's easy to track down given it's there all the time but can't find any one thing that seems to line up with it, sigh

Doesn't really go away either - though seems to move around a bit over time.

Still puzzled what's causing this RFI mess. Has to be something in the house but need a way to run the KiwiSDR while turning lots of things off - including the solar system.

actually what I should be doing is tidying the house some more

what I really should be doing instead of sitting here clicking around on tabs for no apparent reason is looking at my radio stuff and the cabling horrors that exist...

I really need to move everything to a better place in the house

frazzled

pesky clouds making a mess this afternoon

can really see how much extra time the generation goes having the three orientations of the panels. SE, NE and NW

Vague instructions. All I did was walk around to check on the sheep and chooks 😑
