And tomorrow my new job starts. What a great ending to being unemployed.

I'm super thankful that I'm back at work and have a bit of structure again in my life. I'm not good at just hanging around.

+ I can work in my favorite domain in an #agile environment where they don't see it as a sprinkling of agile fairy dust in some corners. I support teams and people to become self-organised.

Spent the last 3 days at a wonderful place in the Uckermark and tried again to learn how it is to do nothing when nothing needs to be done.
The first day was spent getting to know the place, on the second day, I fell into it. Letting go of things. Felt my body in the hot sauna and when I dived in the cold lake. Listened to the birds and the wind in trees.

Times like these at times like this.
No news, no internet. Just this and on wonderful food.

Thankful to have the possibility to do this.

In der KW 3 hatte ich mich bei der RV als Agile Coach beworben. Keine Nachricht, bis heute als via Mail (attached Brief) darauf verwiesen wurde, dass ich evt. Ende April wieder etwas hören werde. Zuvor hatte ich kurz Kontakt mit 2 Personen via LinkedIn, was auch eher unergiebig war. Doitschland und Digitalisierung.

Habt ihr auch manchmal einfach so… aus dem Nichts - Angst, dass wir hier auch Krieg bekommen könnten? Is mir grad nur so eingefallen… als ich am schönen Bahnhof in Leipzig ankam…
