My boyfriend has to learn how to use the brakes on his bike properly. They're worn off every few months, peeling off to the maximum. There's more than just break state 0 and 1. How can they wear off like that? This time the wheel was blocked because pieces of metal were stuck in the brake disk. #Biketooter

Anyone in SF have good recommendations for a barber/stylist who is good with medium length men's hair? I love my barber, but he's really mostly about the three culturally required gay men's fade/pseudo millitary/buzzed styles, and I'm in my pre-AIDS, 1970s, sex-on-the-Chelsea-Pier / Starsky-and-Hutch-were-boyfriends hair era.

Hole diese Studie vom #BBSR immer gerne raus und wunder mich dann, warum die #Parkplätze vor den Supermärkten voll mit Autos sind:

Hier liegt viel Potential fürs #Sprit sparen. Einfach mal 1.000 Meter #laufen oder #Fahrrad fahren. Und nein, die meisten Einkäufe benötigen keinen Transporter.

CEOs spouting absolute shit about things they know nothing about seems de rigour.
The C-suite REALLY WANT to lay off as many software developers as they can, they pretty much ALWAYS have, we cost a lot and take a long time to implement 'simple' ideas.
What they miss is that the complexity is real, they just don't see it because they don't want to.
My experience of AI is that the code it produces is absolute trash, and without expert guidance it goes very wrong very quick.
AI is good at finding bugs, investigating things and bouncing ideas.
It is NOT good at anything creative.
And given that it's a huge statistical regression machine ALL THIS MAKES SENSE!
The average of creative work is at best mediocrity, or dare I say it in software, appallingly bad.
You can't work around that. You can't magic it away. This is a fundamental limitation.
