2) Write 2x 2500±10% word essays, each one on a separate virus. E.g., SARS-CoV-2 and HIV, or Novovirus and Influenza Virus, etc.
Use at minimum 15 peer-reviewed articles references.
Use appropriate scientific language and terminology. Generally passive and impersonal writing.
Absolutely write this without using AI/LLMs, Grammarly, or the like. Consider the use of AI/Grammarly/etc as automatic academic failure.

If you want to get an excellent understanding of viruses and infections, without needing to go through university, for your own enjoyment of growing and sharing knowledge.
This is my recommendation:
1) Complete the youtube university lecture series `Virology' by Vincent Racaniello. 25 lectures, he uploads to not only teach his class but teach the public for free.
