This is always true but especially today: people experiencing high-risk or medically-complex #pregnancy do not need anyone breezily advising them to “just” avoid meds. Pregnancy is about evaluating and balancing risks, not pretending you can skip them altogether. (Spoiler alert: that’s also true of parenting.)
