Ok. So hotness. Or hawtness...

It's A Thing. Definitely A Thing.
Or rather, I think it's a state of being.

There's a multitude of small things that add up to hotness... The Knowing of Things. Of being able to communicate The Things in a way a dumbass like me can understand. (I know, slightly self depreciating, as I'm not an idiot, but I'm hardly "smart" either).
It doesn't sound much matter the topic, it could be M:TG card lore, it could be spin and rotation in black holes.. if you're sharing that interest, that excitement in joy then I absolutely wanna sit and listen.

It's in carrying themselves in Joy and Peace.
It's in confidence born from living and thriving. Sometimes it's in surviving.
But there's an undeniable spark.

There may be physical aspects. But not always.

Basically y'all are hawt. And I'm so glad I'm here to experience y'all on Fedi and some in person too.

First day back post lurgy.
I have concerns about the cough, as well as how much energy I'll have.
Hoping I'm not going to be rushed but that depends on how busy and scheduling.

I think it'll be good to be properly moving again tho.
The cooler temperatures should also be a help.

I think I'd like to still be asleep. I'm normally pretty good at getting to sleep and hitting a good few hours before whatever start is required.
Getting to sleep last night wasn't the usual head meets pillow interaction. Hasn't worked that way since I came down with this.

I think this rambling is too much to say "I wish this would go away & I can get on as normal"...

I'm reaching fed up state with this fucking cold... Lingering lethargy and a cough that just won't fuck off is definitely having a negative effect on where my head's at.
I appreciate my immune system is a bit shit, COVID X3 does seem to have done a number on me + I guess, just getting old.

It's frustrating to be close to "back to normal" but not getting that final hump out of the way.

Things are getting better. I've been able to focus today for the first time in 3 days. I've been able to sit and read a book which feels like A Big Thing considering my inability to focus and be on & off napping...
I was a bit concerned I woke up, came downstairs and then woke up 2hrs later on the sofa.
I've been up and down more, the cough is mostly a minor annoyance now. But I'll be fine until my energy level just flatlines and I need to stop.

Ok. Second attempt at sleep tonight.
Ding! Ding! Round 2 at the Snoozatorium!

(One day I might actually sleep enough for Snoozamania....)

The Lurgy has got me. And it's bad.
