I just turned 46, and I've noticed that certain foods affect me more negatively now than they did in the past. For instance, beer has a much stronger lethargic effect and I can't eat pizza or burgers without just feeling significantly bloated.

This is new.

Is this a normal part of aging? Anyone know? I'm curious to hear if others have experienced this.
