Ukraine struck the Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez refinery in Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod region, overnight while Russia hit residential buildings in Kyiv. The strike reportedly hit the AVT-6 primary oil processing unit and triggered a fire. The refinery is one of Russia’s largest and plays a key role in supplying fuel to the Moscow region. #Ukraine
