I appeal to you, time and time again…

The days keep passing, yet my cries for help continue to be met with silence, as though they have never reached anyone.

I am both a mother and a father to my children, carrying responsibilities far beyond my strength while facing hardships that only God truly knows.

I am suffering from a severe health condition, a critical blood deficiency, and I have already experienced a heart attack that could happen again at any moment. All of this, at an age that is still considered far too young to bear such suffering.

I am not writing these words to seek pity. I am writing because I have reached a point where patience alone is no longer enough.

I sincerely appeal to everyone with a compassionate heart to extend a helping hand. I truly need your support, and I need it desperately.
