something that really pisses me off is when a person has an issue with a the practices of company or their products and other people go in and say something along the lines of "that's what happens when you use x" "should have gone with y instead". sure you might be right, you might not have ill intent, but 9/10 times it is done with the purpose of being petty and putting that person done, it is rarely constructive.

the latter group does not realize that this issue or practice shouldn't even be a thing in the first place, and can just as easily occur to company y or their products as well.

the worst part for me is that arguments like this divide people rather than allow people to realize "wait, why the hell can company x even do that in the first place, this is bad" so they can unite against the common enemy, and instead remain fractured, which is just what the corporations want you to do.
