Do you remember when clickable things and interactive controls on the web had a design that distinguished them from plain text? Outright angry at Linear today, which is an issue tracker with pretty charts but no visible buttons to close an issue. Turns out you click on a plain status label and it magically turns into a dropdown. I expect you're supposed to tell an agent to figure it out. No highly esteemed deed of design is commemorated here.
Hi, for the foreseeable future I won’t be actively involved with @fitpub anymore. No OSS drama, no fallout, just time constraints. I started working on it out of curiosity and wanted to build something small for myself.
I‘m very happy that @McPringle picked this up and put a lot of time and effort into the project, attracted a community and just put it on the next level, and built a stable and smooth application out of my „kind of works“ code.

Code reviewing was never the most interesting thing to do. But it had one important element. That, if done right, it was knowledge exchange between the reviewer and the coder. That can be quite motivating. Helping a fellow coder to become better. Reviewing "AI" written code does NOT come with that potential reward. The machine doesn't learn the way a human does. This turns code review into a menial, fruitless task that leads to frustration instead. That's my observation and opinion.

As I get older, two things happen
1. My eyesight gets worse
2. Visual information is being progressively removed from user interfaces to a greater and greater degree, such that I need better eyesight to use the same apps to the same level of capability
Also, apps now frequently auto-update and move things around, just in case I wanted to learn to use the app by simply memorizing the positions of icons

Beim Thema #Karenztage hat die Bundesregierung ja offen gelassen, dass Betriebe das ja anders regeln können. Ich weiß nicht, warum sie es nicht ausgesprochen haben, aber eigentlich wollten sie Euch damit empfehlen einen #Betriebsrat zu gründen, falls ihr noch keinen habt. Der ist bei Betrieben grundsätzlich vorgesehen und er schließt solche Vereinbarungen in der Regel mit der Geschäftsführung ab.
