This is a hell of a picture

A Black woman in Florida was in some parking lot dispute with a white man who relentlessly walked towards her. She shot him, and placed the gun on a car while waiting for authorities. He later died.

So news reports are weaving in the word "vet" into the headline of this man. That's basically the beginning of the whitewashing, as if a vet is always above reproach. I don’t know the full story, it looks like self defense to me, but the fact a 62 year old man served in the Army means nothing here.
