I'm at the end of a route. Yesterday, a truck drove around from 10am to 10pm, with my package, probably drove past my house, but ran out of time to deliver to me, and the last 17-or-so package recipients at end of route.

The truck may do the same thing today, unbelievable.

And it may be why the vendor originally declined shipment to my neighbor's address.

This is a triumph of logistics. This thing I bought drove in the back of a UPS truck all day, from 10am to 10pm, and the driver ran out of time before getting around to delivering it, so they just send it back to home base and try the whole thing again tomorrow.

Serious question for especially German friends. Looking back on what was allowed to happen in 1930's Germany, when would have been the right time for civilians to use all means necessary to oppose the Nazi regime ?
