Thank you to Crescendo Music for the hour long experiencing their shop and all their professionalism and care. This came home with me yesterday afternoon.

After having a crazy day earlier today got some good news. I finally got the Bluetooth to work with one of the cycling apps on my iPad and I programmed in my weight height and other things, etc. It gave me my first challenge which I’ll do in the morning as it’s late now.. hopefully it will suit my needs.

Regarding my diet I’ve reduced the amount of cows milk I’m drinking and I’m using soy milk when I if I have cereal and I’m now drinking either green tea with lemon or lemon and ginger because of their properties if you look up those items in Google they have lots of benefits. I drink a lot of water all year as part of my existing diet so adding those things in instead of black tea with milk won’t be too difficult.

I built up my home gym because of my crappy doctors office. I’ve had three doctors in five years. The last one left two weeks ago and the one before that lift in October and the office didn’t tell me about either and didn’t change my appointments and now I find out they’re closing down it’s a very toxic office and has always had a lot of problems but I stayed there because I’ve been there for five years and it’s hard having to train another doctor somewhere else from the beginning.

Apart from having the cycling app on my iPad connected up to my crush training bike I’ve also decided to up skill my diet. I’m already on a good diet but if I’m going to increase my VO2 Max which is volume of oxygen in your blood so you’ve got good endurance and good heart and lung health then I have to increase my protein intake keep myself hydrated vitamins and minerals etc. Like a an elite cyclist, I’m modifying it slightly and I’m starting up slowly, but this is what I’m aiming to do.

Hello everyone despite the bulky size of my treadmill and stand-up cardio cross training bike I’ve managed to plug them both in next to each other. I’ve switched it on and had a look at the programs that are built in. I haven’t even connected my iPad with Bluetooth so I can put the specialist cycling app on. It’s full featured and it cost a dollar a day but you can pay annually so it’s worth it. It’s about a third of the price of a gym membership.

Well unfortunately I had to DNF a book of short stories by Philip K. Dick and he’s the guy who wrote the short story that Blade Runner was based on.. I read two of the short stories. One just felt very incomplete and weird to me that I couldn’t relate to it all and the other one just seem to have no ending. I’ve got two other volumes of his. I’m gonna give them a shot like this one, but yes, I actually deleted it off my E reader.

My new exercise bike arrived at lunchtime today. It’s the smallest commercial one I could find and it weighs 100 kg LOL I’ll be able to put one of the cycling apps like Strava on my iPad because there’s a ledge for the iPad at the top of the display screen. I’ve got weights all over the floor so I need to tidy the room before I put it into the spot I have saved. I’ll post a photo tomorrow. I can connect by Bluetooth up to cycling apps like Strava as well.
