Trying to keep things cool, I made "cold ramen" last night. Inspired by Hiyashi Chuka but not because I had to substitute almost every ingredient. My crew liked it, but I still think it was a failure. Mostly because it only required one fewer boiling pot. It was still pretty hot to make. Also, my son was completely disoriented by the concept and ended up microwaving it to make it hot.

I just want to say that for me, the addition of crocodiles to olympic rowing events would increase my interest a hundredfold. if successful, perhaps crocodiles could be added to all rowing events?
