I'm a huge #SQLite fan. It reduces #complexity, scales well (depending on the architecture, ofc), and is highly resistant to corruption. It's also one of the most tested DBs out there (on avg, every loc has 590 lines of test code)
But due to issues from the early days (15y+ ago), many #devs still dismiss it as a toy for small projects. They always suspect SQLite first when a #database-related bug arises. Read this if that's you:
#Podman v6 is out! Particularly interesting for me: Modernised #networking (easier rootless #containers), a #REST API for #Quadlets (easier fleet management), enhanced podman machine (#applehv support, hopefully incl. #inotify support).
Make sure you're using #sqlite as a #database backend before upgrading. Upgrade to 5.8 first to migrate from #boltdb. 6.0 has dropped boltdb support, so everything will be gone if you don't migrate first.

Artwork needed...
Howdy folks, I'm looking for some artwork to promote my indie-web music programme The Kalimera Show in my local community with stickers and fliers to put in local record shops/give hand to hand etc. I'd love to get some Outside The Computer people interested and even better if they're folks unaware that a real internet exists outside of Facebacon, LinkedInPark and eX etc.
The main things I want to include is my cat George, who is big feature of the daily weather report (also my parent domain is https://inpc.cat) and some basic text that communicates as snappily as possible.
It's 100% Indie Web broadcast from my shed, a home-spun affair of me (a sound engineer by trade) playing vinyl records and that rejects mainstream walled garden of shiternet. Obviously needs to be a bit savvy text wise as to not over complicate things and work for both sticker and A6 formats.
What I definitely don't want is AI art, aesthetically I think it's shit and doesn't suit the vibe of what I'm doing here. Listening to the show is probably the best way to get a feel of it, I play a wide range of music from Jazz to Funk to Prog to Hip hop to Dub to TechnoHonk etc.

We're talking about a platform that, for years, was the last remaining safe haven for independent music – and now it's being swallowed up piece by piece by a corporation that couldn't give less of a fuck about our art. The frustration isn't just justified, it's necessary. And I'm totally on your side with that, really.
