There is a game I have been working on for quite some time and I’m kinda proud on it so far
The game mechanics, monsters etc are all done, the only thing remaining is designing the levels
Because we lived in a very crappy situation a while ago I didn’t had energy or inspiration to finish it since I was afraid of ruining it
I think the time has come I gotta finish the base game, like said it’s something I’m proud of and should be out in the world

Anyone know how to get a free DNS record? I'd like to get one along the lines of portland.or.us, but they require legal name and address and I don't want people to literally be able to target me for kidnapping and missile strikes.

Also I have to "prove" citizenship now. -_-;

The free DNS I use now is actually paid, and the guy who owns "us.to" could lapse in payments any time, making my server instantly be owned by DNS squatters forever. It happened to me once before.

Well great. tilda, a dropdown terminal, chokes on 0xfe0f (variation selector 16). Which is to say "The that was an emoji character." The output bugs out, displays half of the first character of the line, and suddenly terminal input has 1 second latency.

gdb unfortunately started using that variation selector, so this is kind of a problem.

⚠ = no problem, tilda handles it fine
⚠️ = broken terminal

Works fine in mate-terminal -_-

This is all Google's fault for infecting Firefox with emoji character to picture nonsense...

Got a colonoscopy. Everyone was visibly astonished with how well I did. They didn't even tell me sedation was optional. I had to ask for no sedation.

Only liquids today, and half of tomorrow... should be fine until noon, eh. Haven't pushed it beyond that before. More worried about the effects of emptying things out than fasting.
