There's simply no way for those who pay for Premium to access the Spotify API (without explicitly manually creating a new API key set).

I can understand requiring auth to a premium account to access the API, but smh

The alternative is I pay for a service I don't use and don't want to support, or make Albums "freemium" and use that to pay for it, but I really don't want to give Spotify any more than I have to when they pull stuff like this

Spotify completely nerfing their Developer API is still so tedious.
